Our Story
Built on a personal approach
Assiduous Staffing was founded in 2023 by Claire Booth, following more than a decade specialising in legal support recruitment. Over that time, Claire has built a strong reputation for a meticulous, highly personal approach and a genuine commitment to both clients and candidates.
Claire’s approach has always been relationship-led: understanding what motivates a candidate, taking the time to understand what a client genuinely needs and recognising that the right hire is about more than matching experience to a position description.
Assiduous was created to reflect this more personal approach to recruitment, where people are listened to, communication is clear and every search receives the attention it deserves. The ambition has never been to become the biggest, but to be the recruiter clients and candidates trust to care, follow through and do the job properly.
